INTRODUCTION

I.              Background

Motivation of employees in giving their best performance is very important for organization. Motivation can be affected by environmental factors, the role of thought and expectations.
In addition to the above statement, the purpose of leadership training activities are followed by all participants a basic training instructor BBPLK Bekasi is to be able to present a sense of togetherness and belonging to one another, so that the resulting familiarity can be a motivation for the participants to be more confident.
      Illustrates that in achieving the goals requires sacrifice and through a process that is not easy, so the attitude of leadership will arise.

II.            Objective
The purpose of this report is :
1.    To grow leadership Instructor Basic Training 2016
2.    To be discipline Instructor Basic Training 2016
3.    Improve soft skill

CHAPTER II
IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIVITIES
OUTBOND AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leadership training is an event that contains the value of motivation to foster leadership in the Basic Instructor Training employees. Leadership is a person who attempts to influence a group of people together to achieve a goal.
            in the lead and led that goal is reached, the need for a motivation. Motivation itself is a process which needs to encourage someone to do a series of events that lead to particular purpose.  
Outbound and Leadership Training this has the benefit that very much and very memorable. This event was held in Sukabumi precisely SETUKPA Police Education and Training Department, on April 29 until May 4, 2016
1.    Day 1
In the event NAC (Neuro Assosiative Conditioning) we are taught how do we believe in one thing that probably will not happen, with the power of positive thinking and confidence if we can not then we certainly can. For example, walking on fire. With positive thinking and imagining as if the fire was not hot then when walking is not feeling the heat.
In this activity also taught how we should be able to change the mindset and throw things negative in ourselves.
      The benefits for the organization of this activity was :
  1. Increased the motivation and confidence, especially in carrying out new tasks.
  2. Establish and develop Vision and Mission.
  3. Improved the performance, cooperation, coordination betwend departements
  4. To change the mindset of personnel
The benefits for the person of this activity was:
1.    Avoid tension and burden of communicating and at the same time developing a harmonious atmosphere in environmental activities, family and household.
2.    Increase the confidence
3.    Breaking away from bad habits, trauma, the desperation, the feeling bubbling, or "heart disease" and simultaneously develop goals / aspirations are marginalized or new.
4.    Exploring the potential and discover the identity as a capital asset and confidence in reaching the appropriate target yearning.
5.    Enhancing worship well and at the same time adding value to the environment, while enjoying the process.
6.    Understanding maps weaknesses, develop maps themselves strength and positive thinking habits.
7.     Can appreciate other people's lives as social beings.
2.    Day 2
            The second day was Outbound where we play and form a group. There are 5 games in this activity, it was:
1.    Flaying fox
Benefits :
Exercise courage, practicing discipline, teamwork training, practice concentration, providing motivation among members of one another.
2.    Set up a tend Camp
Benefits :
Can establish a good relationship and a compact between group members, sportsmanship test, and creativity test.
3.    Moving a Drum containing dynamite
Benefits:
Creativity, train, train problem solving ability, coached teamwork, strategizing
4.    Spider Web
Benefits :
Implanting the thought to us, that gives a person confidence in the leaders is important but should still be personal anticipation, train creativity, and provide simulations for the critical situation that could occur at any time, exercise the ability shoulder to shoulder, will brave the risky
5.    Put a ball in the tube
Benefits :
Train teamwork, practicing creativity in problem solving, in order to be good at time management, training election strategy


CHAPTER III
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

I.       Conclusion
Outbound and Leadership Training this has benefit that very much and very memorable. The program is very useful to growing soft skill and motivation.
We can responsiveness in the face of situations that can occur at any time, because it has been trained in positive thinking, confidence, create a strategy, trained to become good leaders and members and with good cooperation eat compactness and goals can be achieved with good

II.      Recommendation
Leadership training is very important to support the performance and capabilities of self so batch II is recommended but in batch II Committee should do better preparation.
